At MURTEC 2025 Experience Matters, SoundHound AI demonstrated how Burger King UK is leveraging its AI in their drive-thrus.

At MURTEC 2025, Experience Matters, Hospitality Technology caught up with SoundHound AI’s VP, Partnerships  Mike Lauricella for a booth tour and demo of its groundbreaking AI that’s powering restaurants’ drive-thrus and phones.

Restaurants find it a challenge to hire and retain employees. AI helps lessen the load for existing employees, enabling them to focus on food quality and deliver  outstanding customer service.

Employees like working with AI solutions; they help create a calmer work environment, Lauricella explains.
