
The Challenge
Doherty Enterprises operates multiple restaurant brands, both franchised and proprietary, and has relied on Rosnet for years to manage reporting, food costs, labor, and accounting. When the company became a franchisee of Jinya Ramen Bar, they faced a unique challenge: Jinya, as a newer brand, did not yet have a food management system in place.
“As a multi-brand operator, consistency in our processes is crucial,” said Melissa MacDonnell, Rosnet Administrator for Jinya Ramen at Doherty Enterprises. “We wanted to continue using Rosnet’s solutions to maintain the same high level of oversight and efficiency across all of our brands. Implementing Rosnet at Jinya Ramen was also the first time the brand had any franchisee introduce theoretical food cost tracking.”
