“Digitalization is a key lever for optimizing our processes and supporting the company’s growth. My ambition is to put in place the most effective tools and organizations to improve business operations, sales performance, company management and customer satisfaction. As part of this dynamic, the integration of artificial intelligence will be a major challenge over the next few years to achieve these objectives and reinforce the company’s competitiveness in the long term.”- Arnaud Vogel, Director of Digital Transformation and Organization at Vacances Bleues
Vogel’s priorities include enhancing CRM and loyalty program performance, improving data quality for more informed decision-making, and integrating artificial intelligence to support operational agility. Training staff in the use of AI and maintaining a strong technological watch are central to his approach.
