Following last year’s global launch of Westin’s next generation Heavenly® Bed, this creative partnership reinforces Westin’s status as a leader in the experience of sleep by providing new tips and insights from the industry’s top wellness experts. Sleep Training for Grown-Ups will feature Gwyneth Paltrow alongside esteemed sleep physician and research scientist Dr. Cheri D. Mah, MD, MS. Each episode explores how one’s daily routines play a critical role in enhancing their sleep experience and overall wellbeing, while sharing science-backed insights on how to establish better sleep, dietary and exercise habits — each of which are essential for those balancing the demands of a busy lifestyle.
