Canada: Privately held real estate firm Density Group Limited has unveiled The Ritz-Carlton Residences, a collection of private waterfront properties in Muskoka.
Located on a forested private island, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Muskoka presents 32 homes ranging from four to eight bedrooms. Private showings will begin this summer.
The site has been designed by Studio Caban and Norm Architects.
On the mainland, accessed via a chauffeured boat ride, is a homeowner residence club. It features a spa, tennis and pickleball courts, an archery range, an indoor golf simulator, a yoga studio housed in a converted barn, a treehouse for children, and a communal fire pit.
A wine cellar and greenhouse with fresh herbs, as well as eggs, honey and sourdough, are all produced onsite. Additional chef services and groceries can be arranged and delivered to docks.
