IHG opens Hotel Indigo London Clerkenwell

🏨 Hotel Indigo London Clerkenwell opened on 6 June 2025. Located at 2 Clerkenwell Road, near Farringdon station, it offers 143 rooms, nine of which are suites, an all-day dining venue, Sabini Bar, and two meeting spaces. The hotel, owned by the Davies family and operated by Axiom Hospitality, includes the Hat and Feather Pub. Part of IHG's brand since 2019, it’s a new milestone for the family business with a focus on guest experience.

Carbonleo secures refinancing for Four Seasons Hotel Montreal

💸 Aareal Bank refinanced Carbonleo for the Four Seasons Hotel Montreal. Aareal, based in Germany, acted as arranger, facility agent, and security agent.
