Located on the corner of Clerkenwell Road and Goswell Road, the 143-room hotel is positioned just a five-minute walk from Farringdon Station, making it accessible for both business and leisure travelers.
“As a family-owned business, opening this hotel is a proud milestone. We’ve embedded our values throughout the property – from the guest experience to our service philosophy – creating a place where business travelers can feel productive, comfortable and connected.” – Keith Davies, owner of Hotel Indigo London Clerkenwell
The hotel features several amenities, including the Wilderness Kitchen, an all-day dining venue, and Sabini Bar, inspired by the 1920s. Additionally, the property offers two meeting rooms with a capacity for up to 60 guests and the historic Hat and Feathers pub, a Grade II-listed establishment incorporated into the development, which can also be hired for exclusive events.
“We’ve designed the hotel with today’s business guest in mind. Whether it’s high-speed connectivity, inspiring meeting spaces or genuinely local service, our goal is to deliver a seamless experience that balances efficiency with hospitality.” – James Olivier, General Manager of the hotel
This opening is part of IHG’s broader strategy to expand the Hotel Indigo brand in London and beyond. With six properties already in London, including a location in Devon the brand is expanding further in the UK, with plans for a new Hotel Indigo & Suites London – Waterloo property in Waterloo in 2028. Globally, the Hotel Indigo brand continues to grow, with over 50 hotels in various European countries, including in Roumania with the addition of the Hotel Indigo Satu Mare and in Spain with one of the openings being the Hotel Indigo Gandia – Beach.
