Quore

Franklin, Tenn. — (June 16, 2025) — Quore, the leading provider of hotel operations software, announces the upcoming retirement of David Fox, Chief Operating Officer and one of the company’s original team members. After more than a decade of dedicated service, Fox will be stepping down, marking the end of a remarkable chapter in Quore’s history.

Since joining the company in 2014, Fox has played a foundational role in shaping Quore’s growth, customer relationships, and service philosophy. A former business owner and software engineer, Fox brought a rare blend of technical expertise, hospitality heart, and business acumen to the table. He was instrumental in developing Quore’s early sales strategy and cultivating relationships with the world’s largest hotel brands. Under his leadership, Quore’s approach to customer experience became a defining strength, differentiating Quore in the industry and earning the trust of thousands of hotel teams around the globe.

“David’s impact on Quore is immeasurable,” said Scott Schaedle, Quore Founder & CEO. “From our earliest days, he championed our customers and helped build a culture of hospitality that will continue long after his retirement.”

Fox also inspired one of Quore’s core values: Always Authentic. The value embodies how he approached every conversation and decision. The sales powerhouse kept Quore authentic in how it sells, serves, and shows up, and that legacy will continue to guide the company’s culture for years to come.

Fox earned his degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and began his career in software development. Over the years, he’s worn many hats—from programmer to business owner to customer advocate. As one of Quore’s first employees, he helped lay the foundation for the company’s growth and was a driving force behind many of its strongest and longest-standing customer relationships.

“It’s been an incredible journey, and I’m grateful for every moment along the way,” Fox said. “I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible people, helping Quore grow from a relative unknown to the market leader. I couldn’t be prouder of the company and culture we’ve built. As my time at Quore winds down, I’m excited to pass the baton to Vail Ross, who’s the perfect person to continue to build on our momentum.”

Building on a Legacy of Leadership

As part of this transition, Quore welcomes Vail Ross as Vice President of Business Development, a role that will carry forward many of Fox’s responsibilities while shaping the next chapter of Quore’s growth. Ross brings more than two decades of experience in travel and hospitality technology, with STR, a CoStar Group company, as the SVP, Global Business Development & Marketing and most recently serving as Managing Director at 2Synergize, where she oversaw business development, marketing, and strategic partnerships. She is widely recognized for her deep understanding of customer needs and her ability to build high-impact brand relationships across the hospitality industry.

“I’m honored to build on the incredible foundation David has laid and to help lead Quore into its next chapter,” said Ross. “David’s leadership positioned Quore as a trusted partner in hotel operations, and I’m excited to continue that legacy while deepening our relationships, expanding our reach, and driving meaningful growth for the future.”

Strengthening Operational Alignment

Quore also announced that Chief of Staff Londa Morgan will take on additional responsibilities as Vice President of Operations. Morgan brings a deep understanding of hospitality from multiple vantage points, including construction, consulting, data, and technology. She served as Chief of Staff at STR, bringing valuable industry experience and strategic leadership to Quore. In her expanded role, Morgan will continue to align Quore’s people and business strategies while helping scale operational excellence across the organization.

Fox and Ross will be attending HITEC in Indianapolis. Quore invites attendees to stop by Booth #1311 to congratulate Fox on his retirement and welcome Ross to Team Quore.
