The Hospitality Professionals Association has confirmed that this year’s HOSPACE will be a landmark occasion – as the organisation prepares to host the 20th edition of its flagship annual conference.
Set to take place on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at the Royal Lancaster London, HOSPACE 2025 will celebrate 20 years since the inaugural event was launched under HOSPA’s predecessor, the British Association of Hospitality Accountants (BAHA). It will also mark 15 years since the event was rebranded as HOSPACE – a name-change that current HOSPA CEO Jane Pendlebury was closely involved in as part of the rebranding team.
This year’s event will also represent a double milestone, being the 10th edition of HOSPACE overseen by Jane since taking on the role of CEO in 2016, and the 10th to be hosted by the ever-popular Peter Hancock, former Chief Executive of Pride of Britain Hotels, who has served as conference compère since 2016.
Continuing in its successful format, HOSPACE 2025 will once again bring together leading voices from across the hospitality sector for a day of expert-led panels, presentations, workshops and networking – covering key commercial topics including finance, technology, revenue management, people and culture. Further details on the speaker line-up and content will be announced in the coming months.
As in previous years, the conference will conclude with the much-anticipated Leaders Panel, followed by HOSPA’s gala dinner and the presentation of the Inspirational Leader Awards.
The event will also include the announcement of a significant new development within HOSPA’s Professional Development programme, with a new course set to be revealed on the day.
To be preparing for the 20th HOSPACE is a real privilege. The conference has grown enormously over the years – not just in terms of size, but in the breadth of subjects it covers and the calibre of contributors it attracts. From its roots as a finance-focused gathering under BAHA, it has evolved into one of the most respected and anticipated events in the industry calendar – and we’re looking forward to marking the occasion in style. Jane Pendlebury, CEO of HOSPA
She added: It’s also a chance to recognise the many people who make hospitality such an exciting, dynamic sector. We’ll once again be shining a spotlight on some of those individuals through our Inspirational Leader Awards – and I’d urge anyone who knows someone doing great work in the industry to consider putting them forward.
Registration for HOSPACE 2025 will open shortly. To stay up to date and to nominate an inspirational leader, please visit:www.hospace.org
