Emmanuel Richter shares TrustYou’s vision at RBOT IX panel on innovative solutions for the future of tourism

On June 26, 2025, TrustYou had the privilege of participating in a forward-thinking panel discussion on empowering tourism observatories during the IX edition of RBOT (Redes Brasileiras de Observatórios de Turismo) in Blumenau, Brazil — a key annual event that brings together tourism observatories, DMOs, academic institutions, and professionals across the Brazilian tourism sector.

Our Senior Key Account & Business Development Manager Emmanuel Richter represented TrustYou in the panel “Smart and Innovative Solutions for the Needs of Observatories”. The session gathered over 200 engaged attendees, including destination management organizations (DMOs), tourism associations, academics, and industry professionals.

Each panelist had 20 minutes to present their insights, and Emmanuel focused on how AI-driven guest feedback solutions are transforming the way observatories collect, analyze, and leverage traveler sentiment. TrustYou’s presentation highlighted:

  • How AI is reshaping data collection and analysis for the tourism industry.
  • The value of real-time sentiment analysis and multilingual feedback aggregation.
  • The growing importance of guest experience data in shaping sustainable and visitor-focused tourism strategies.

What made this session particularly energizing was the diversity of perspectives and technological innovations shared. From university-led concepts imagining the tourism landscape of the future, to operational solutions already being applied across destinations, the common thread throughout the session was clear: Embedded in almost every solution presented, from smart data platforms to predictive visitor trend tools, Artificial Intelligence is no longer a concept of the future—it’s shaping tourism today.
