US: Management company Davidson Hospitality has appointed two executive vice presidents with one overseeing its lifestyle division Pivot.
Nick Gregory has been promoted to executive vice president of operations for Pivot. He most recently served as SVP strategic operations for the company.
In his new role, Gregory will focus on team performance, improving asset value, growing the portfolio, expanding brand equity, and directing operational standards.
“I’m genuinely excited for what these respected leaders will accomplish in their new roles,” said Davidson Hospitality group CEO and president, Thom Geshay. “Based on Nick’s tenured experience over the last three decades perfecting the ins and outs of lifestyle hotels at Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants, we look forward to seeing him create exceptional value for our owners as we advance into this exciting new chapter for Pivot.”
Paul Eckert has also been promoted to executive vice president of operations and business intelligence. He first joined Davidson in 2021 and will now be responsible for analysing data, creating proprietary operating tools, identifying new revenue streams, and more.
