The property offers 201 keys, a 25th-floor lounge, a restaurant by Michelin-starred chef David Myers, and wellness facilities. Positioned to maximize value, it aims to lead Miami's competitive hospitality market.

DSM and Stafford begin construction on The Chambray

📍 Developers DSM Real Estate Partners and Stafford Development Company have begun construction on The Chambray, a 125-key boutique hotel in downtown Roswell, Georgia. Scheduled to open in summer 2027, it will be operated by The Indigo Road Hospitality Group and join Hyatt’s JdV Collection. The Chambray will feature 215 rooms, including three F&B venues and 2,300 square feet of meeting space, enhancing Roswell's community spirit and growth.

Nobu to launch hotel, residences and restaurant in the Maldives

200 hospitality leaders urge UK government to scrap tourist tax
