Personalisation and revenues

Cloud-native spa and leisure booking platform TRYBE has announced its integration with direct booking platform Revinate.

The integration will connect spa, leisure and activity booking data from TRYBE directly into Revinate’s data platform, enriching guest profiles with insights beyond accommodation. 

Capturing the guest data from booking touch points of a journey will allow hospitality teams to deliver more meaningful, tailored engagement throughout the guest journey.  

“TRYBE and Revinate’s integration is streamlining essential operations, empowering hotels to deliver even more exceptional guest experiences across the hospitality industry, all from one easy-to-access platform,” said Ricky Daniels, co-founder of TRYBE.

The integration further unlocks new revenue opportunities through personalised upselling and increased guest engagement, as well as relevant communications.

Dan Hang, president and COO of Revinate, added: “We’re thrilled hoteliers can see a unified view of their guest data – allowing them to segment with clarity and without guesswork.
