In this role, Jenni Benzaquen will report to the Group’s Chief Operating Officer, Anthony Ingham, and oversee the growth, operational management, and community engagement of Rosewood’s residential business.

Jenni Benzaquen brings over two decades of experience in luxury real estate and hospitality. Her previous roles include Senior Vice President of the Luxury Group at Marriott International and Managing Director of Design Hotels. She will be responsible for guiding the integration of Rosewood’s residential properties into mixed-use developments, standalone towers, and resort communities worldwide.
Currently, Rosewood operates 11 residential properties, with a development pipeline designed to increase this number in urban and resort destinations globally. Benzaquen’s appointment is part of the group’s ongoing strategy to expand its residential portfolio while maintaining operational standards and fostering connections within local communities.
