OKKAMI is proud to power Minor Hotels, bringing all properties together under a single, easy-to-use platform. Guests can now explore Anantara Chiang Mai Resort seamlessly through the app, available for both iOS and Android users.

Before arrival, guests can plan their stay through Pre-Arrival Requests, booking transportation, meals, activities, and wellness treatments—ensuring a smooth and organized holiday from the very beginning.

Once on property, the app allows guests to explore In-Room Services and Service Requests. They can request a variety of services and conveniently track all their requests under the My Requests section.

The Dining section offers an array of culinary experiences, including 1921 House, Bodhi Terrace, Brit Bar at 1921 House, Jao Ping River Cruise, The Verandah at 1921 House, Afternoon Tea, Designer Dining, Spice Spoons, Bubbles, and in-room dining. Guests can view menus and reserve tables directly through the app.

For relaxation, the Spa & Wellness section allows guests to browse available treatments and make reservations. Under the Leisure section, guests can explore in-house activities, local attractions, and workshops, booking experiences based on their interests.

With the OKKAMI-powered app, guests enjoy a fully connected and personalized stay at Anantara Chiang Mai Resort, making every moment of their visit effortless and memorable.
