
Washington-based PM Hotel Group has appointed Evan Morick as senior vice president of development. In this role, Morick will help lead the company’s growth through third-party management contracts and strategic partnerships with owners.
“Evan brings a deep understanding of hospitality acquisition and development, a strong network of industry relationships, and a proven track record of driving portfolio expansion,” said Paul Sacco, chief growth and development officer, PM Hotel Group. “We’re thrilled to welcome Evan to the team and confident that his leadership will further accelerate our momentum across key markets.”
With more than 20 years of experience in hotel development, acquisitions and asset management, Morick has held leadership roles across various ownership and management groups. Most recently, he advised Douglas Development Corporation, where he oversaw asset management for a multi-hotel portfolio and supported the company’s hotel investment strategies.
Before his advisory role, Morick served for over a decade as senior vice president of development at Procaccianti Companies, spearheading growth across hotel and marina platforms nationwide. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions with Kokua Hospitality, Rim Hospitality, Hilton Worldwide and MeriStar Hospitality Corporation.
Currently, PM Hotel Group operates approximately 92 hotels and resorts across the United States.
