
Tech-led hotel and apartment brand Kasa has appointed Kelly McGuire as its new chief commercial officer. In this role, McGuire will oversee revenue management, distribution, marketing and sales across Kasa’s growing portfolio. In addition, she will lead Kasa’s efforts in advancing AI-powered pricing, optimizing distribution channels and building strategic corporate partnerships, as well as play a key role in driving sustainable property revenue growth, enhancing the guest journey and maximizing performance for property partners.

McGuire brings more than two decades of leadership experience in revenue strategy, analytics and commercial transformation. Most recently, she served as managing principal, hospitality at ZS, where she partnered with renowned hospitality brands to improve commercial efficiency, implement AI-driven automation and deliver revenue management transformation strategies.
Prior to ZS, she was senior vice president of revenue management at MGM Resorts International, overseeing pricing, distribution and direct marketing for 40,000 rooms across Las Vegas. Previously, McGuire also served as vice president for advanced analytics at Wyndham Worldwide, where she led data science and analytics teams developing custom solutions for vacation rental and exchange businesses. Moreover, McGuire has authored multiple books and articles on hospitality commercial strategy.
