International transfer service provider, Kiwitaxi, has agreed to terms with HeyTrip, a China-based B2B travel technology platform.

The partnership will see the pair expand access to reliable ground transportation and improve the travel experience worldwide.

HeyTrip reached out to Kiwitaxi with the goal of quickly scaling its mobility services and expanding to more countries. Kiwitaxi’s transfer services are now available on the HeyTrip Car platform, giving users access to rides in more than 100 countries.

Thanks to the integration, HeyTrip has been able to significantly improve its service. Travelers can now choose from a wider range of car classes (12 in total), enjoy up to 90 minutes of free driver waiting time at airports, and benefit from a complimentary meet-and-greet with a name sign, a service that is not always standard with other suppliers.

Additional extras, such as child seats and pet-friendly options, are also available, giving travellers more flexibility.

By combining Kiwitaxi’s high-quality transfer solutions with HeyTrip’s strong distribution network, both companies aim to offer smoother, more traveller-friendly mobility experiences worldwide.

Marie Borisova, CEO at Kiwitaxi, said of the agreement: “Our partnership with HeyTrip is a significant step in strengthening Kiwitaxi’s presence across APAC and EMEA. This collaboration expands our reach in some of the world’s fastest-growing travel markets, enabling us to deliver consistently reliable, stress-free transfer solutions to both leisure and corporate travelers.

BM Huang, Founder & CEO at HeyTrip, added: “Teaming up with Kiwitaxi is a big win for our partners and travelers. This partnership helps us scale faster, cover more destinations, and offer better experiences, from more car classes to complimentary airport meet-and-greet. Together, we are making global travel simpler, safer, and more comfortable for everyone.”

APAC has become one of the most important regions for Kiwitaxi’s growth over the last few years, and this partnership supports further expansion of logistics and supplier networks in key markets across Asia-Pacific and beyond.

Looking ahead, HeyTrip and Kiwitaxi are committed to working together to bring client-centric mobility solutions to more travellers and partners worldwide.
