Dreamscape Hospitality has tapped Bill Stadler as chief investment officer. In this role, Stadler will lead Dreamscape’s investment strategy, overseeing acquisitions, capital deployment and strategic partnerships to drive the company’s next phase of growth.
“I’m thrilled to join Dreamscape at this exciting stage,” he said. “The company has incredible momentum, and I look forward to building on that success to create long-term value for our owners and partners.”
Stadler brings more than 40 years of experience in the lodging industry with expertise in finance, real estate and strategic expansion. He has served as chief investment officer at Aimbridge Hospitality since 2014, where he has played a key role in scaling the company from 150 hotels and a $100 million valuation to more than 1,500 hotels worldwide valued at over $1.8 billion.
“Bill’s experience in scaling major portfolios and executing transformative investments will be instrumental as Dreamscape accelerates its growth,” said Adam Patenaude, president of Dreamscape Hospitality.
The Dallas-based hospitality management company currently manages more than 35 hotels and has 60 properties in the pipeline.
