For decades, the check-in ritual has ended with the handover of a standard plastic card, practical, but often forgettable. GCSTIMES is challenging that status quo, reimagining the keycard as a powerful first impression and an integral part of the guest experience.

The company showcased a series of pioneering concepts that transform keycards from functional tools into moments of delight:

  • Puzzle-shaped Keycards: Families receive puzzle-shaped pieces that, when connected, unlock the room—turning arrival into an adventure.
  • NFC-enabled Music Keycards: Couples checking in can tap their card to play a soft, welcoming tune, instantly setting the mood.
  • Bracelet Keycards: Elegant wristbands double as both room access and stylish mementos at hotel events or banquets.

The encouragement from Wyndham leaders inspired us to keep pushing boundaries, transforming the simplest details into unforgettable moments.
