Hospitality technology provider Net Affinity has launched an expanded product suite for 2025, designed to streamline operations and boost revenue for hoteliers.

Its Smart Payments and Smart Channel Manager solutions have been built to address the complexities of payment processing, channel distribution and real-time availability.

The firm says it can be complex for hoteliers to manage payments across various systems, often involving manual input, chasing payments and reconciling transactions.

So its Smart Payments system is fully integrated into the booking engine to automate virtual credit card (VCC) charges and secure payment links, reducing manual entries and making guests’ experiences smoother. The tool also supports onsite transactions with integrated PIN terminals.

Net Affinity also says hoteliers face challenges managing rates, availability and restrictions across multiple online travel agencies (OTAs) and global distribution systems (GDS).

Its Smart Channel Manager empowers hoteliers by centralising all channels into a single platform, allowing for real-time updates of rates and availability so ‘restoring their control’.

The tool is designed to optimise last-room availability and prevent overbookings with rule-based pricing and boost visibility across top-performing channels. With support from Net Affinity’s team, hotels can create a distribution strategy that reduces manual tasks and maximises sales.

William Cotter, founder and managing director of Net Affinity, said: “The introduction of these tools marks a significant milestone for Net Affinity.

“It greatly improves our ability to equip hotels with a more comprehensive, scalable and integrated tech stack.

“This enables hoteliers to run their operations more efficiently and, most importantly, focus on the guest experience and maximise their revenue.

“With these new solutions, Net Affinity reaffirms its commitment to helping hoteliers increase profits by reducing human error and administrative burdens, boosting automation and future-proofing their digital ecosystem.

“Whether you’re a current client or discovering Net Affinity for the first time, we are dedicated to your success.”
