SiteMinder, the world’s leading hotel guest acquisition and revenue platform, has unveiled the winners of the 2025 SiteMinder Partner Awards, presenting 12 awards to businesses across five continents that are transforming how hotels seize opportunities in an increasingly fast-moving landscape. From AI-powered guest services to significant revenue uplift, this year’s winners highlighted the growing importance of technology partners in helping hotels capture more demand.

Now in its fifth season, the awards have expanded to recognise more categories than ever, with the Expert Partner awards operating regionally for the first time across the Americas, ANZ, Asia and EMEA, and a new Reseller Partner of the Year category introduced.

“This year’s awards established a new baseline for innovation in hospitality technology,” says James Bishop, Vice President of Ecosystem and Strategic Partnerships at SiteMinder, who served as a judge alongside Ira Vouk, Founder of Hospitality 2.0 Consulting, and Howard Phung, Director of Technology at Salter Brothers Hotel Group. “What impressed me most was the shift from theoretical innovation to measurable impact. Our winners demonstrated concrete evidence of how their solutions help hotels capture new opportunities with unprecedented speed. The level of innovation we’re seeing shows just how far our industry has come—and these partners are leading the way.”
