Dallas, Texas – The Landgrove a boutique 16-room inn, restaurant and workshop studio nestled in Southern Vermont’s Green Mountains, has selected Mews, the leading operating system for hospitality, to power its digital transformation and streamline operations across the entire guest journey.

Previously reliant on a manual, decades-old reservation process, the independent inn has rapidly modernized since going live with Mews. Online room reservations are now fully automated, payments are integrated and secure, and guests enjoy a simplified and transparent check-in and check-out experience.

From the very first conversation, the Mews team made what seemed complicated incredibly easy. We were live in just one week, thanks to our onboarding manager. The AI chatbot support has been a fantastic first line of help, and every person we’ve worked with – from sales to onboarding to customer support – has been amazing.
