Chavez is a seasoned hospitality executive with over 25 years of luxury hotel experience and will lead daily operations, guest satisfaction initiatives, and team development at Puerto Rico’s premier boutique resort.

Chavez brings extensive experience from leading celebrated hotels and resorts in Las Vegas, Miami Beach, and Puerto Rico. Most recently, he served as Director of Operations at SLS South Beach, overseeing daily operations and elevating guest service standards. Prior to that, he was Executive Director of Luxury Services at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas and General Manager of Condado Ocean Club in San Juan.
With over two decades in Las Vegas hospitality, Chavez held senior leadership roles at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and began his career at MGM Grand, where he advanced through diverse hotel operations roles. This comprehensive foundation prepared him for senior leadership across luxury properties.
