A fully integrated Shiji technology stack will support Le Clay’s operations, personalization, and guest experience across its 35-hectare estate.
Berlin, Germany, December 11, 2025 – Shiji, the global leader in hospitality technology, has been selected as the technology partner for Le Clay, a highly anticipated active lifestyle hotel opening in the UNESCO-listed Lavaux region overlooking Lake Geneva. Le Clay will implement Shiji’s hospitality ecosystem, including Daylight PMS, Infrasys POS, Meridian Experiences, Reviewpro Reputation, and Stellaris Digital, to deliver a seamless, fully integrated guest experience. The decision reflects the hotel’s vision to offer modern, connected hospitality that blends wellness, nature, and culture.
Set to open in late summer 2026, Le Clay will be the first of four planned properties in the region from the Seiler Constantin collection, a new group of independent Swiss hotels. The hotel will feature 105 rooms, two restaurants, two bars, a cigar lounge, and extensive spa, sports, and wellness facilities. Designed to immerse guests in the surrounding vineyards and panoramic Alpine scenery, the property required a modern technology partner capable of supporting its ambition to deliver a fully connected, experiential approach to luxury hospitality.
“We chose Shiji because it provides the only truly all-in-one ecosystem on the market, allowing us to operate PMS, POS, activities, CRM and more within one fully integrated platform across all upcoming properties. This native integration gives our teams a unified view of each guest, from accommodation to dining and activities, while reducing errors and eliminating the need for multiple third-party interfaces. With European-based support, modern cloud architecture, and a contemporary, intuitive user interface, Shiji offers the scalability, operational continuity, and ongoing product development we need to deliver a seamless and connected guest experience,” said André Seiler, Partner & CEO at Seiler Constantin.
Le Clay’s decision to implement Shiji technology from day one was driven by its commitment to building a modern, scalable digital foundation rather than relying on legacy systems. Daylight PMS and Infrasys POS will go live in the first phase, followed by guest experience platforms Meridian Experiences, Reviewpro Reputation, and Stellaris Digital. The rollout will enable the hotel to support integrated wellness programming, cultural events, curated experiences, and real-time personalization throughout the guest journey.
“We are honored to support Le Clay as they create a new benchmark for luxury hospitality in Switzerland. By adopting a fully integrated Shiji ecosystem from the start, Le Clay is building the digital foundation needed to deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences across every touchpoint,” said Raoul Birindelli, Senior Sales Manager at Shiji.
Le Clay marks a significant milestone in Shiji’s continued growth across Switzerland’s luxury hospitality landscape, building on successful partnerships throughout Europe. With its fully integrated digital infrastructure, Le Clay is positioned to redefine the active-lifestyle experience in Lavaux, seamlessly uniting movement, restoration, and panoramic views into one cohesive experience.
