US: Exclusive Resorts Investments has agreed to acquire private luxury travel subscription company Inspirato, alongside the launch of a multi-brand luxury travel platform The Exclusive Collective.
Under the transaction, which remains subject to customary closing conditions and shareholder approval, Inspirato will join Exclusive Resorts and onefinestay within The Exclusive Collective. Inspirato will continue to operate as an independent brand following the acquisition.
The new platform brings together three established luxury travel brands targeting high-net-worth travellers across different travel models, including private membership, subscription-based access and professionally managed luxury rentals.
Exclusive Resorts Investments already holds a controlling interest in onefinestay, having acquired the stake from Accor earlier this year. The company said the formation of The Exclusive Collective is designed to support long-term customer relationships across changing travel needs rather than one-off bookings.
Upon completion of the Inspirato acquisition, the platform is expected to serve more than 25,000 high-net-worth travellers annually. The combined portfolio will include Exclusive Resorts’ owned private residences alongside more than 3,000 leased and professionally managed homes operated by Inspirato and onefinestay.
The Exclusive Collective is backed by investor Steve Case, co-founder of AOL and chairman of Exclusive Resorts. The group expects the platform to generate more than $500 million in revenue and approximately $70 million in EBITDA in 2026.
The company said the platform is intended to provide homeowners and partners with access to a consolidated base of ultra-high-net-worth travellers.
