A look back at 2024 and into 2025, we will scale global operations, enhance PMS solutions, strengthen payment solutions, and grow ReviewPro, driving innovation and value in hotel and travel technology.

As we bid farewell to another remarkable year and welcome the promise of the Year of the Snake, I would like to take this opportunity to extend my heartfelt gratitude to all our valued clients, partners, investors, and employees for their unwavering support and commitment to our journey. Together, we have achieved extraordinary milestones that continue to position us as a global leader in hotel and travel technology.

Reflections on 2024

2024 was a year of remarkable transformation and resilience. Despite our complex and shifting market, we remained steadfast in our commitment to innovation and excellence. We focused on growing our platforms and the globalization of information systems across key industries, including hospitality, retail, and leisure. These efforts were guided by our core strategy of long-term growth, supported by significant investments in research and development.

Through the integration of our products and the migration to the Shiji Enterprise Platform, we have delivered innovative solutions that not only enhance operational efficiency but also unlock unprecedented value for our customers in improved operations and revenue. This strategy has strengthened our competitive advantage and further solidified our reputation as a trusted partner for leading global clients.

Some of our 2024 Achievements

Our achievements this year speak to the strength of our vision:

Global Expansion of the platform: The Shiji Enterprise Platform is now operational in over 20 countries, including deployments with prominent hotel groups such as Intercontinental, Peninsula, and Langham. Notably, we successfully transitioned all 114 FLETCHER hotels in Europe within just two months.

Strategic Partnerships: We secured benchmark agreements with a new global luxury hotel chain, Melco Resorts, and Van der Valk, among others. These partnerships underscore the Shiji Platform’s adaptability to diverse markets, from Europe, the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Asia and the Americas.

Growth in SaaS and Cloud Platforms: Our SaaS business demonstrated robust growth, with ARR continuing its upward trajectory. Additionally, Infrasys Cloud POS together with Digital Dine has expanded its presence, holding an 80% share in mainland China five-star hotel market and accelerated growth internationally and achieving 100% coverage of Macau’s major integrated resorts.

Innovation in AI: The HALO AI engine continues to evolve in Asia, bringing cutting-edge solutions to industry pain points and setting the stage for future innovation.

New Developments and Features: We continued to innovate and expand our core platform’s capabilities. Introducing a brand-new Activities module, part of our promise to revolutionize Concept Spa & Golf on the Shiji Platform, the expanded Meetings and Events module to our PMS solution, our Global Payments offering was redefined enabling us to provide a Unified Payment Service, delivering an even more seamless, secure, an efficient solution for global transactions. Additionally, we initiated a strategic growth path for our ReviewPro digital products, driving technical enhancements and successfully expanding the reach of the ReviewPro business to support our clients in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

These successes reflect our dedication to creating impactful, scalable solutions that drive efficiency and value for our stakeholders while reinforcing our leadership position in the industry.

Looking Ahead to 2025

As we step into 2025, we recognize both the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead. While the path forward may present complexities, it is by navigating these that we build strength, resilience, and lasting success. This year marks a pivotal moment in our journey—a time to scale our global operations to meet the demands of our growing client base, climb higher, and aim further as we continue to redefine the possibilities of hotel and travel technology.

Our mission remains unchanged: to make business more efficient through innovation. We will persist with patience and determination to deliver transformative solutions that reshape the industry. Together, we will embrace the limitless potential of tomorrow and strive to achieve even greater heights.
