Corinthia Hotels is set to add a new skyscraper to Dubai’s skyline. Corinthia Hotels has collaborated with Dubai General Properties on a 500-metre-tall mixed-use development, which will feature a luxury hotel and branded residences.
Located on the redeveloping Sheikh Zayed Road near the Museum of the Future, the project is expected to be among the world’s tallest buildings and introduce Corinthia’s hospitality to Dubai.
The two-tower structure will be connected by a cantilevered sky lobby more than 200 metres above the ground, an architectural feature that will be visible from the north and south elevations. Designed by lead architect and engineering firm AtkinsRéalis, the tower will include the five-star Corinthia Dubai hotel and Corinthia-branded serviced penthouses and apartments, all offering panoramic views of Dubai’s iconic landmarks.
The property will offer multiple pools, including a rooftop sky pool at over 500 metres, which will be the highest outdoor pool in the world. The property can be accessed through four entry points to enable seamless movement of traffic.

“We are proud and honoured to be bringing the Corinthia brand to Dubai, a city I know and love from my decade-long residence here. This architectural gem honours the ambitious vision set forth by the inspired leadership of Dubai and is made possible by our partnership with Dubai General Properties,” said Simon Casson, CEO of Corinthia Hotels.
The development aims to set new benchmarks in hospitality and residential living. It will feature exclusive amenities, including Corinthia Wellness, a spa with indoor and outdoor pools, fitness facilities and dedicated wellness experts. Guests and residents will also have access to five restaurants and bars, a private members’ club and landscaped green spaces designed to enhance air quality and well-being.
The ballroom and event spaces will offer sweeping views of Jumeirah Beach, while private pools for select residences and penthouses will add an extra layer of exclusivity. The total built-up area is expected to be 330,000 square metres, with views of the Sheikh Zayed Road skyline, Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab and Jumeirah Beach.
The Corinthia Dubai project is targeted for completion by 2030.
Dubai General Properties has appointed Corinthia Group’s QP company to manage the project.
“We have pioneered the project concierge service, bringing an integrated approach to design and development with our dynamic and capable team ensuring every detail is expertly managed,” said QP CEO Reuben Xuereb.
