An innovative programme to train the future leaders of luxury and hospitality

EHL Hospitality Business School, a world leader in hospitality management, has joined forces with LVMH, a leading luxury goods company, to launch the Executive Master Leading Sustainable Excellence in Luxury Retail & Hospitality.

This ten-month programme, starting in October 2025, aims to train the next generation of luxury leaders by integrating the challenges of sustainability, innovation and operational excellence.

Immersive training combining academic expertise and hands-on experience

Participants will have the opportunity to :

  • Work on applied projects and case studies in collaboration with LVMH experts and EHL professors
  • Be accompanied by mentors from both institutions
  • Carry out a six-month work placement, followed by a final project addressing concrete luxury and hospitality issues

‘This programme aims to give future leaders the means to redefine luxury in a complex and constantly changing world. – Pierre-Julien Bousquet, Vice President Global Talent Engagement at LVMH
