Valor Hospitality Partners has added two hotels to its portfolio with the opening of Dunluce Lodge in Northern Ireland and Seaton House in Scotland. Valor operates the properties in partnership with U.S.-based owners Links Collection. Both locations are in well-known golf destinations.
Seaton House is off the 18th green at the famed Old Course at St Andrews. It has 42 rooms, including six suites and three junior suites. The property is within walking distance of West Sands beach and the ruins of St. Andrews Cathedral. Guests have several dining options, including Bow Butts bar and two restaurants. Chef Patron Roy Brett leads The Board Room and Ondine Oyster & Grill.

Dunluce Lodge overlooks the fairway on the 4th hole at Royal Portrush Golf Club on Northern Ireland’s Causeway Coast. It has 35 suites, with eight in The Stookan, a private residence for larger groups. The Restaurant at Dunluce serves à la carte menus, tasting options, and whiskey pairings. The property also offers a putting green and private transfers to Royal Portrush and Portstewart Golf Club.
Guests can visit the Kingdom of Fife coastline near St. Andrews or the Giant’s Causeway, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, near Portrush. Moreover, these properties offer access to major golf events, including The Open. The surrounding areas provide additional attractions, making them appealing to a variety of travelers.

“We have managed and operated hotels across the UK for over a decade. Together with our partners and ownership groups, we have built a diverse portfolio,” said Euan McGlashan, chief executive of Valor Hospitality. “This announcement is significant. It is the culmination of our global teams coming together to deliver two independent properties.”
Jonathan Harper, managing partner at Links Collection, added, “The opening of Dunluce Lodge and Seaton House represents a defining moment for Links Collection and our partnership with Valor. From the start, we shared a vision of elevating hospitality in two of the world’s most iconic golf destinations.”
Valor Hospitality now manages more than 90 properties across multiple regions.
