Persepolis Investments has announced that construction is underway on the SLS Madrid Infantas Residences, a redevelopment project in the Barrio de Justicia district. The 1920s Neo-Baroque building is being transformed into 33 luxury residences. Sorigué, a leading construction firm, is managing the project.

The development will integrate classic spanish architectural features with modern innovations. The project is on schedule, with completion expected in 2026.

SLS Madrid Infantas Residences has already gained attention from local and international buyers. Sales are progressing rapidly, and the residences are priced at an average of €15,000 per square meter. Sizes range from 1,658 square feet to 3,320 square feet.

The residences offer a mix of heritage and luxury in a prime Madrid location. As the first SLS-branded residences in Europe, the project sets a new standard in Madrid’s high-end real estate market. The design combines period elements such as intricate moldings and brass finishes with modern features, including underfloor heating and cooling, Bulthaup kitchens with Gaggenau appliances, and marble-detailed bathrooms. Penthouses will feature private terraces with panoramic views of the city.

Located in the Barrio de Justicia, one of Madrid’s most sought-after neighborhoods, the development provides easy access to cultural landmarks, restaurants, luxury shops and El Retiro Park. Residents can also reach Gran Via and Serrano Avenue with a short walk.

Central to the project is the SLS Social House, a private amenities area designed for residents. This exclusive space includes a library, wine cellar, games area, private dining space, podcast/media studio and screening room. Wellness features include an indoor lap pool, boutique fitness studio, treatment rooms and a rooftop pool surrounded by gardens with additional areas for meditation, yoga and an outdoor kitchen.

SLS Madrid Infantas Residences is part of Accor’s Live Limitless (ALL) program, offering ownership privileges such as Diamond status in ALL – Accor Live Limitless, VIP reservation services, automatic upgrades, and preferential rates at over 5,700 hotels globally under renowned brands like Raffles, Fairmont, and Sofitel.

Shiraz Haghdoust, of Persepolis Investments, stated, “Our collaboration with SLS allows us to deliver a development that combines thoughtful design with exceptional quality. SLS Madrid Infantas Residences brings together modern functionality and heritage, offering high-standard homes in one of Madrid’s most sought-after districts.”

The project remains on track, with the first residences expected to be available in 2026. The development reinforces Persepolis’s position in the luxury real estate market.
