TRYBE, the cloud-native spa, activity, and hospitality booking software, has announced its new integration with Bookboost, a CRM provider.
This partnership enables hotels to sync spa, leisure and activity bookings, along with guest preferences directly into their CRM, making ancillary data a core part of the guest experience and marketing strategy.
Hotels can now go beyond room-centric personalisation by integrating spa, leisure and activity engagement into every stage of the guest journey.
“People are investing more in themselves, their health, and their happiness. That’s where hotels have a golden opportunity”, said Willem Rabsztyn, CEO at Bookboost.
“With our Trybe integration, we’re not just syncing data; we’re unlocking a treasure trove of insights. Spa preferences, visit patterns, treatment habits – this is the kind of data that turns generic marketing into deeply personal guest experiences. No more silos, no more guesswork. It’s wellness with ROI”, he added.
Ricky Daniels, TRYBE co-Founder, added: “We’re excited to partner with Bookboost, a company that shares our dedication to enhancing the guest experience through innovative and intuitive technology.
“This integration closes a gap, enabling clients to leverage rich guest insights and deliver truly personalised experiences.”
It allows hotels to sync booking preferences in Bookboost’s Customer Data Platform to enrich ancillary insights, centralise guest spending and soon will also be able to automate spa communications and run hyper-targeted spa campaigns.
