The hotel, which will have 67 rooms, common areas with a bar, restaurant, and pool, is scheduled to open within 24 months. This marks a significant step in Limehome’s expansion strategy in Spain and its diversification into the hotel sector.

The company will manage the hotel exclusively for over 15 years, having worked with a family office investor throughout the technical process to ensure it meets premium 4-star standards.

Barcelona remains a priority for us as part of our expansion plan in Spain. This opening is another step in our ambition to lead the transformation of the European accommodation sector, offering a more efficient experience tailored to the changing needs of travelers. – Ricardo Fernández, general manager of Limehome in Iberia

This new hotel is part of Limehome’s broader strategy to grow in key cities, providing both functional and design-forward accommodations. The company currently operates in 13 European countries and manages over 10,300 rooms and apartments.

With more than 450 hotel units signed , we are consolidating our presence in the hotel sector nationwide. The opening in Barcelona is a key milestone in our expansion strategy in Spain, where we will continue to grow in the country’s main locations, even offering management services with some additional services added, which is not usually the norm – Ricardo Fernández, general manager of Limehome in Iberia
