– Fairmont La Hacienda Costa del Sol : Situated along the Mediterranean coast in Cádiz, this resort features 153 rooms and suites and 47 private villas,while the property includes a restaurant and an outdoor pool.
– SLS Barcelona: Marking the brand’s debut in Europe, the SLS Barcelona is located at the waterfront in Port Fòrum. The hotel features 471 rooms and suites, while guests can choose from six distinctive dining and bar concepts, relax by one of three pools, enjoy a spa experience, or utilize the expansive event spaces, including a grand ballroom.
– Novotel Valencia Lavant : This hotel is located near the Palacio de Congresos and offers 370 rooms, a two-level rooftop, which includes a pool, bar, and terrace with city views. The hotel also provides extensive coworking spaces and 11 meeting rooms, making it well-suited for both business and leisure travelers.
– Ibis Styles Santander : Located in the city of Santander, this newly opened hotel features a design inspired by the natural beauty of the area, blending urban elements with nature. The hotel includes dining options, a fitness center, and easy access to the city center.
– Ibis Budget Madrid Albasanz : A 99-room property located in a vibrant area of Madrid, near the Metropolitano Stadium, this budget-friendly hotel offers simple and modern accommodations with private parking and a breakfast buffet. It is ideally situated for guests looking to explore the city and is within easy reach of Madrid’s major attractions.
– Ibis Madrid Norte Las Tablas : Set to open in July, this new hotel in the northern part of Madrid features 148 rooms across five floors. The property is designed with multifunctional spaces that blend work and relaxation, catering to both business travelers and leisure guests.
– Greet Alicante : Scheduled to open in late 2025, this hotel will be the first greet brand in Spain. Emphasizing affordability and sustainability, the hotel will feature furniture and décor made from repurposed materials, in line with the brand’s circular hospitality concept.
