
HSMAI Washington DC Chapter today invited Washington metropolitan area hospitality professionals to register for its Hotel General Managers Panel, to be held June 26 at The Westin DC Downtown.
The event will feature a panel discussion with Claudia Eggspuhler, general manager of Hilton Washington DC National Mall The Wharf; Niyi Adekanye, general manager of the Hyatt Place Washington DC / National Mall; and Kori Johnson, general manager of The Westin DC Downtown.
They will discuss adapting to evolving guest expectations, strategies for building resilient, motivated teams and innovation in operations and guest experience.
