This marks the beginning of a major two-phase project in partnership with COMO Hotels & Resorts, a Singapore-based luxury and lifestyle brand founded by Christina Ong.
“The opening of the COMO Le Beauvallon in 2026 will represent a major milestone for the group, which will establish itself at the heart of one of the world’s most exclusive destinations. Each COMO hotel is distinguished by an exceptional location, from Mayfair in London to a UNESCO-protected valley in Italy’s Dolomites. This momentum began in 2023 with the opening of COMO Le Montrachet, our first address in France, located in Burgundy, in the heart of the prestigious Côte de Beaune vineyards”, says Olivier Jolivet, Group CEO.
As part of the reopening, the hotel’s beach club will debut a new culinary concept combining Asian and Mediterranean influences. In spring 2026, world-renowned chef Yannick Alléno, who holds 17 Michelin stars, will bring his expertise to the property, offering guests a world-class dining experience. Moreoever, the property will include a beach club, private pontoon for yachts, and proximity to the GolfClub de Beauvallon.
The group’s choice of Burgundy, a renowned but non-urban area, highlights its focus on offering unique experiences in lesser-known locations. By choosing these regional destinations, COMO Group aims to provide guests with a more intimate and tranquil experience, aligning with their commitment to quality and exclusivity outside of bustling urban centers. This strategy reflects the growing trend in hospitality towards offering serene escapes in less conventional yet culturally rich regions.
