There’s been a significant uptick in the demand for actionable AI tools, according to AIntensify, who has secured six major clients in the past six months looking to elevate their offering.

The new partnerships are with MeinSchiffberater, Trendtours, Leitner Reisen, Canadian Affair, ACN and A-ROSA.

“The appetite for AI in travel has never been stronger,” said Markus Stumpe, CEO of AIntensify.

“Operators want solutions that deploy quickly and deliver measurable value, whether that’s boosting contact centre productivity or uncovering hidden friction in the guest journey. The speed at which new clients are joining our platform speaks for itself.”

AIntensify’s multimodal analytics platform offers real-time insight into sentiment, call intent, resolution rates, empowering teams to enhance service, increase efficiency, and close feedback loops faster.

Seamless processes are ensured through flexible integration across all channels, including voice, email, chat, and social media.

“Working with AIntensify gives us faster, deeper insight into what matters most to our customers,” said Andreas Bohnes, CEO of MeinSchiffberater.

“The results are clear. Better service, more engaged teams and improved outcomes.”

Rafael Baer, Managing Director of Leitner Reisen added: “From day one, collaboration with Markus Stumpe and the team has been professional and solution oriented.

“Automated analysis and classification of our calls feed directly into our data processes, delivering transparency and operational control – another key building block in our digital-excellence strategy.”

Building on its momentum in travel, AIntensify is expanding into adjacent verticals including banking, insurance, and energy. Sectors where demand for automation and customer intelligence is rapidly accelerating.

To support this growth, the company is bringing on board a new wave of domain experts from these industries, strengthening its ability to tailor solutions and drive meaningful impact across each sector.
