The hotel’s design emphasizes nature, with lush greenery featured prominently throughout, especially in the central patio, designed in a chic guinguette style. This space serves as a gathering point for guests to enjoy drinks or casual conversations.

The interior of the hotel has been redesigned, with large bay windows allowing natural light to flow freely into the spaces, contributing to an open and airy atmosphere. The colors and materials, including terracotta, deep greens, dark wood, and cane furniture, enhance the natural theme. The hotel’s hybrid approach to design includes a decompartmentalized lobby with a central bar serving as both a reception and social space, reinforcing the idea of a “living lobby.”

The hotel offers an experience with a focus on sustainability, as the rooms are equipped with high-end bedding, functional storage, and eco-friendly materials, such as custom-made headboards made from sustainable resources. The design also incorporates easy-to-maintain finishes, with a focus on hygiene and efficiency.

The hotel’s strategic location and environmental consciousness, along with its focus on guest comfort and well-being, reflect the growing demand for eco-conscious and aesthetically welcoming spaces in the hospitality sector.

Oceania Hotels continues its expansion in France with the opening of the Hotel & Spa Oceania Les Augustins 4* in Lille. This new property blends heritage with sustainability, occupying the former headquarters of the Scalbert-Dupont Bank, a building constructed in 1928. This opening reflects Oceania Hotels’ ongoing commitment to enhancing its portfolio and strengthening its presence in key French cities.

The hotel aligns with the group’s rebranding efforts, combining contemporary design with practical and sustainable elements. The garden-themed hotel aims to provide both a relaxing and energizing environment for its guests, whether they are visiting for business or leisure.

The brand, which focuses on offering both comfort and environmental consciousness, continues to see growth, even amid challenges such as rising energy costs and inflation. Oceania Hotels has recorded a year-to-date growth of 11% for 2024, with a positive outlook for future development projects in the coming years.
