Digital Matters Today & Tomorrow

Today, two-thirds of Americans order meals digitally every week. By 2035, that could jump to 50% of all restaurant transactions. 

Nolan de Coster, SVP Partnerships and Corporate Development with Olo, shared how Olo and Coca-Cola are working together to help restaurants get ready now—with AI-powered tools, menu optimization, and operational insights that enhance guest experience and drive higher check averages.

With 88,000+ locations are powered by Olo and three out of four U.S. restaurants already serving Coca-Cola, the two are already putting their insights to work for brands like GoTo Foods, Dave’s Hot Chicken, and P.F. Chang’s. The results? Better order conversion, more beverage sales, and real sales growth.
