RoomRaccoon integrates with GuestButler AI

RoomRaccoon, the Hotel Management System (HMS) for independent hoteliers, with the help of GuestButler, has rolled out an AI-powered WhatsApp automation tool for the hospitality industry. 

This partnership automates guest communication through instant, personal WhatsApp replies – 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

By connecting GuestButler with RoomRaccoon’s live booking and guest data, hotels can now resolve up to 80% of common guest questions automatically, without compromising the guest experience. 

Whether it’s a simple Wi-Fi query, a check-in time confirmation, or a recommendation for the best local hike, GuestButler provides immediate answers, freeing up valuable time at the front desk and improving the guest experience.

“Thanks to our integration with RoomRaccoon, property owners can now offer instant, personal service via WhatsApp, even when the front desk is closed,” says Matthijs Stekelenburg, Founder at GuestButler. 

“It helps guests get more out of their stay, while staff can focus on what really matters on-site.”

With the recent launch of RaccoonRev Plus, RoomRaccoon’s AI-powered revenue management tool, this integration highlights RoomRaccoon’s growing commitment to leveraging AI across its platform.

Through native features and strategic partnerships, the company aims to help hoteliers streamline operations and enhance the guest journey at every touchpoint.
