Rental property management software firm, Hostaway, has announced the launch of AI Auto Reply, a native generative-AI tool designed to instantly create personalised responses to common inquiries.

The new tool pulls together reservation information, listing details, guest conversations histories, and custom host instructions to generate instant, tailored replies.

There are options to review messages or fully automate replies with built-in safeguards ensuring accuracy and compliance. 

It leverages Hostaway’s  platform data to ensure accurate, contextually aware responses without additional setup, training, or external plugins.

The launch follows its recent launched AI Review Analyzer, Hostaway’s $365 million funding round in December 2024, after it was the first PMS to introduce AI-powered features in last summer.

AI adoption among Hostaway’s customer base has surged 170% year‑on‑year, and usage of its AI features has tripled since the start of 2025. 

Applications from AI‑focused partners to join Hostaway’s marketplace – the largest in the global PMS industry – have jumped 120 % in the last six months, with demand for the new AI Auto Reply feature has been exceptionally strong, with an early access wait-list filled within days and new customers being onboarded weekly throughout Q3.

“AI Auto Reply delivers that answer instantly — without generic chatbots or third-party plugins. Leveraging our deep reservoir of proprietary data, Hostaway’s latest AI feature empowers hosts to scale efficiently while significantly enhancing the guest experience by providing swift, accurate answers every time.”
