This Spring Summer marks the launch of Afternoon Tea at CORD Café by Le Cordon Bleu, a first for the Parisian-style bakery in London. Situated on Fleet Street near St Paul’s Cathedral, CORD Café delivers an elevated take on this classic British tradition, crafted with the unrivalled expertise of Le Cordon Bleu-trained master bakers and chefs.

Renowned globally for its culinary excellence for over 130 years, Le Cordon Bleu brings its legendary savoir-faire to every element of CORD Café. The new Afternoon Tea offering is a refined celebration of artisanal skill, featuring an exquisite selection of freshly made pâtisserie, gourmet savoury bites, and traditional scones, all prepared by the masterful hands of chefs trained in the world’s most prestigious culinary institution.

Each afternoon tea includes:

  • An indulgent sweet selection, including Paris-Brest, Apricot Thyme Entremet, Chocolate, Caramel & Peanut Butter Entremet, and macarons.
  • A savoury selection, featuring pulled beef brisket baguettes, turmeric smoked salmon focaccia, red pesto chicken panini, and oyster mushroom panini.
  • Traditional scones served with clotted cream and jam.
  • Unlimited tea sourced from the Rare Tea Company, offering small-batch, ethically produced blends of exceptional quality.

The Afternoon Tea is available now, Monday to Friday, from 2pm to 5pm. Priced at £28 per person with unlimited tea or £42 per person including unlimited tea and a glass of sparkling wine. It can be prebooked via phone (020 3143 6365) and is also available for walk ins.
