I created a Prompt to extract all relevant informations from PMS notes, traces…

Every note from the reservation used to end up in a different place. Some lived in the PMS. Some in email. Some only in a manager’s head.

The result: details slipped. Guests noticed.

I stoped losing guest details the day I stopped trusting free text.

Here’s how I fixed it:
1️⃣ I built a simple extraction layer that scans every reservation note
2️⃣ It pulls out only what matters to housekeeping and maintenance
3️⃣ The system translates it into clear, structured tasks
4️⃣ Each task lands in the right team’s workflow automatically
5️⃣ Nothing is duplicated, nothing is missed

The first time it ran, we saved hours and eneergy every day.

Now, even when notes are messy, the right person sees the right task at the right time.
