Integration will manage bookings, CRM and customer communications in one place

Experiential travel specialist Not In The Guidebooks (NITGB) has unveiled a partnership with TProfile, the software platform designed to help agents issue quotes and convert enquiries.

The integration gives agents instant access to NITGB itineraries and content, enabling them to create “beautiful, inspiring quotes quickly and effortlessly”.

They can manage bookings, CRM and customer communications in one place and gain insights through live reporting and analytics dashboards.

NITGB said this integration supports its mission “to equip agents with tools that simplify the booking process while enhancing customer satisfaction”.

Debbie Sowden, sales director at Not In The Guidebooks, commented: “This partnership is a real win for our agent community.

“We know how time-pressured agents are, and integrating with TProfile means they can now deliver fast, visually engaging, and content-rich quotes for our itineraries with minimal admin.

“It’s all about removing the friction and helping them convert more enquiries into bookings.”

TProfile works with more than 70 travel brands across the UK, US, Canada and Ireland. Its quoting system gives agents access to a content-connected database of countries, regions and experiences enhanced with images, videos and third-party supplier integrations.
