Sydney, 18 September – As the NoVacancy Hotel + Accommodation Industry Expo concludes today at the International Convention Centre, GCSTIMES is spotlighting its Sustainable Stays initiative, a program designed to help hotels weave eco-conscious practices into every guest experience.
Sustainable Stays is built on four pillars:
- Reducing environmental impact: smarter energy, water, and waste management.
- Enriching the guest journey: combining comfort, style, and responsibility.
- Supporting global sustainability goals: positioning hotels as forward-thinking and accountable.
- Inspiring long-term change: encouraging staff and guests to adopt eco-conscious habits that extend beyond the stay.
To bring the concept to life, visitors to Booth 612 can receive a customizable wooden key card engraved live on-site with the K9 laser engraver, simply by saying: “I support Sustainable Stays.”
The showcase highlights how sustainability can be tailored to individual hotel brands, turning eco-consciousness into both a guest expectation and a memorable experience.
