Oceana Santa Monica, part of Hilton’s LXR Hotels & Resorts brand, has announced the appointment of Michelle Hacker as general manager.
With nearly a decade of hospitality experience, Hacker joins Oceana Santa Monica from the Los Angeles-based The h.wood Group, where she oversaw operations as general manager, developed training programs, elevated service standards and drove profitability through strategic financial and operational oversight. Before that, Hacker was the floor manager at Tap 42 Sports Bar,
