Worldwide: Real estate investment manager Global Mutual has launched its hotel investment and asset management platform, Global Mutual Hotels.
The launch follows the acquisition of Okami Hospitality Partners, a specialist hotel investment and asset manager.
Global Mutual Hotels currently has €500 million in assets under management, comprising 1,000 keys with an additional 1,000 keys in development across Spain and Portugal.
The platform will partner with both existing and new investors to acquire hotels and support with active asset management. Further expansion is targeted in the USA, Middle East and Asia.
