Park Hyatt St. Kitts has appointed Mariano Silvestri as its new general manager. Silvestri joins the resort at a pivotal time as it evolves through recently renovated villa options, new booking offers —including the Park Reserve Collection for multi-generational groups—, updates to the Sugar Mill Spa & Sanctuary and new dining concepts.
“It is a great pleasure for me to be joining the Park Hyatt St. Kitts family, a property that I can already see offers a most incredible experience to guests,” he said. “With a team that clearly gives 100 per cent at every opportunity, I couldn’t be happier to guide the resort into a new phase, and I can’t wait to see what the coming years have in store for a hotel with the potential to take luxury to yet another level.”
Silvestri’s career spans more than two decades. Having led several properties within the Hyatt portfolio, including Hyatt Regency Qingdao, Hyatt Regency Tianjin East and Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa, he joins Park Hyatt St. Kitts from his most recent post as general manager at Hyatt Centric Gaoxin Xi’an in China. He began his Hyatt journey at Park Hyatt Mendoza in Argentina before advancing to roles at Grand Hyatt Dubai and Park Hyatt Shanghai.
Park Hyatt St. Kitts is located within Christophe Harbor on Banana Bay, St. Kitts and Nevis, and boasts 124 accommodations: 77 guest rooms, 44 suites and 3 villas, each with a private balcony or terrace.
