Accor has put four of its branded hotels in London, Luton and Southampton on the market with prices on application.
The portfolio includes the Ibis London Barking, Ibis London Luton Airport, Ibis Southampton Centre and Novotel Southampton.
Together they provide more than 460 bedrooms and are available under franchise agreements with Accor, the international hotel group.
The Ibis London Barking has 86 bedrooms and scope for expansion to around 120 rooms, subject to planning, while the Luton Airport site offers 162 rooms and business facilities.
The Southampton Centre hotel comprises 93 bedrooms near the city’s cruise terminals and shopping district, and the Novotel Southampton hotel has 121 bedrooms, 10 meeting rooms, a bar, restaurant and wellness facilities.
Christie and Co has been appointed to handle the process.
Jeremy Jones, head of hotel brokerage at Christie and Co, said: “We are delighted to bring these four profitable hotels to the market. We anticipate the hotels will appeal to a wide range of buyers, as such high-quality opportunities are rare. Available on a single asset, sub-group and whole group basis, we anticipate that they will generate a significant amount of interest.”
