Yesterday at Destination AI, discussions revolved around a common theme: hospitality leaders seeking permission to implement AI without compromising the human touch.

Here’s the reality: you’re asking the wrong question. This binary choice is a myth. Guests do not desire less technology; they want less friction. Your team is drowning in manual data entry, system fragmentation, and administrative burden. They can’t be human because they’re too busy being robots.

The ROI is often miscalculated. It’s not merely about cost reduction; it’s about restoring human capacity on both sides of the transaction.

At Cloudbeds, we view AI as an organizational asset rather than a departmental tool. Hospitality operations are interconnected, and the properties that excel will not necessarily have the most technology but will leverage technology to enhance human interaction.

Stop waiting for permission. Prioritize humanity. Use AI to amplify it, not replace it.

Your guests and staff are already waiting.

Jordan Hollander great job moderating. Luis Segredo Richard Valtr Al Lagunas I really enjoyed all of your points.

Onwards! Oh and big thank you to our host Nazpari Aydin. Bravo to a well produced event.
